With decades of experience leading HR and technology inside large global enterprises and high-growth start-ups, Donna helps companies grow through clarity, capability, and confidence. She is also our inhouse expert on AI Adoption & Ethical Use — helping organizations harness the power of AI responsibly, blending innovation with humanity. Donna guides leaders in aligning technology with culture, governance, and business outcomes to drive growth without losing trust or transparency. Emily is a seasoned consultant and certified professional coach with 20+ years of experience supporting nonprofits, small businesses, and growing mid-sized organizations in various capacities. In addition to her human resources experience, she brings a background in social work, research, and evaluation - combining a deeply human-centered lens with data-driven decision-making. She partners with leaders and teams on organizational design, manager development, and employee engagement, strengthening culture and creating workplaces where people can thrive. Emily is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Ximena is a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR leader with over a decade of experience helping small and mid-sized businesses build compliant, people-first operations that scale. She has supported organizations across law firms, real estate, professional services, and the restaurant industry, and brings that cross-sector experience to every client engagement.
Malia Campbell, Senior HR Partner
Malia is an HR and organizational development consultant whose background spans human resources, marketing, and business development, giving her both an internal and external lens on what makes organizations thrive. She specializes in small businesses, helping them stay agile, compliant, and true to their values. Her HR work covers the full employee lifecycle, grounded in DEIB principles and a sharp eye for employer branding that ensures the story organizations tell externally reflects the culture they're building within. A champion of employee well-being, she holds an introductory certificate in Therapeutic Horticulture and brings that whole-person philosophy to the employee experience.
