Emily is a seasoned consultant and certified professional coach with 20+ years of experience supporting nonprofits, small businesses, and growing mid-sized organizations in various capacities. In addition to her human resources experience, she brings a background in social work, research, and evaluation - combining a deeply human-centered lens with data-driven decision-making. She partners with leaders and teams on organizational design, manager development, and employee engagement, strengthening culture and creating workplaces where people can thrive.
